Verdant have finally brewed their first TIPA in collaboration with Fuerst Wiacek and we’ll have it on KEG Friday 19th August at Cobbetts!
To celebrate this wondrous occasion we’ve got a 6 keg line up featuring that TIPA, plus another DIPA collab, IPAs & a Pilsner from both breweries!
Pouring from midday-ish Friday 19th August:
Verdant x Fuerst Wiaceck: Intervention Denied, 10% TIPA
Hops: Citra, Nelson Sauvin;
Tasting Notes from Head Brewer: Nope. Never going to make a TIPA.
Verdant x Other Half: Remember Me If I Forget, 8% DIPA
Hops: Motueka, Riwaka, Strata.
Tasting Notes from Head Brewer: A DIPA! With Other Half!! Yes please indeed!!! Always a pleasure to knuckle down on a recipe with these fine folks. All the NZ funk and fruit soaked atop with Strata's grapefruit and peach dank. Totally tropical.
Fuerst Wiacek x Verdant: Common Circuits, 6.8% NEIPA
Hopped with Amarillo, Centennial & Simcoe brewed at Fuerst Wiacek.
Fuerst Wiacek: Pilsner 5%
Brewed and hopped with Mittelfrüh, Tradition, Spalter Select & Tettnanger
Followed by….
Fuerst Wiacek: Spirit Animal 6.8% IPA
Hopped with Citra, Mosaic & Idaho 7.
Verdant x Finback: Transcending The Relative, 7.2% NE IPA
Hops: Azacca, Citra, Idaho 7, Nelson Sauvin. Tasting Notes From Head Brewer: Great to collab with Finback again. It's been a while! Stripped back and pale grist with an exciting grouping of hops dosed at silly amounts. Fruits galore!
