Introducing Tiggy & Timmy
Tiggy 6% One half of this IPA pair comparison project. Hopped with HBC 586, Idaho 7 and Mosaic. This is a hazy IPA, brewed with all the same ingredients as Black IPA Timmy, except a completely different malt profile. The different malts show the contribution they have to flavour and experience. 500ml £6.10
Timmy 6% The other half of this IPA pair comparison project. Hopped with HBC 586, Idaho 7 and Mosaic. This is the Black IPA. We’ve replaced the wheat, oats and lighter malts with RedX, crystal malts, chocolate malts and some Carafa3. Roasty while still on the IPA spectrum. 500ml £6.10

Lemon Sorbet 5% Zesty lemons are combined with creamy vanilla beans for a liquid sorbetvaganza of a beer. 440ml £6.40
Blueberry Pie 6% This Fruited Sour is first crammed with loads of blueberries and then finished with our pie treatment of vanilla and cardamom. 440ml £6.40

But Alas I was no Swimmer 6.5%, Dank fruits are the order of the day here. Think Moroccan hash, soaked in a mix of fresh orange and grapefruit juice, with a little hit of sweaty umami vibes to add complexity.
