Jaipur Pineapple & Mango Hot Sauce

Thornbridge teamed up with The Smokey Carter to produce a hot sauce true to its roots using their flagship IPA – Jaipur. They were keen to showcase ingredients that have Indian origination just like their beer. This is why they chose pineapple and mango as the base fruits for sweetness and ghost chilli for heat. The famous hop bitterness of Jaipur balances out the sweetness perfectly which means this sauce can be used to pep up any meal!
