VERDANT.

An Endless Stream of Random Words.

Collaboration between Verdant and

Stigbergets, IPA with Amarillo, Citra, Galaxy, Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin, 440ml, 6.5% £6.25











The Experiment Requires...

Collaboration Pale Ale with Pressure Drop,Australian, American and New Zealand hops bringing all their complexities to the fore in this punchy pale ale. Tangerine, watermelon and grapefruit flavours dominate. 440ml, 5.6%, £5.90









Pulp.

DIPA. Verdant’s first ever double IPA and one of our their cherished. “Is it 'mid-coast' in style? Or perhaps a 'west coast hazy'? Nah, it's just pulp. Citrusy, mangoey, piney with some chonky bittering for toe tapping sippery." 440ml, 8%, £8.25
















POLLY'S.

Bubble Dream.

IPA. Chinook brings an old school resinous bite underlying the new school juicebomb notes from an ever dependable pairing of Azacca and Mosaic. 6.2%, 440ml, £5.65











Oh My Vol 2.

Collaboration with Big Mountain. New England style Pale ale with Sabro. 5.8%, 440ml, £5.80



















SALAMA BREWING CO.

When I was in Idaho.

New England Pale; Hazy Pale with Idaho 7, Citra and Amarillo. 5.4%, 440ml, £6.05










Big Nelson IPA.

NEIPA, "Big Nelson is a single hop haze bomb, bringing you the summertime through aromas resembling Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Be dazzled by its juicy grape-infused tropical waves and subtle flavours."6.5%, 440ml, £6.95.
















PASTORE.

Mango & Passionfruit Weisse.

A mixed culture berliner weisse style sour beer conditioned on mango & passion fruit. 3.8%, 440ml, £5.70










Margarita All'Ananas.

A pineapple margarita gose, brewed with sea salt and lime, conditioned on pineapples, limes and blood oranges. 7%, 440ml, £6.95














HOLY GOAT BREWING.

Unicornucopia.

Fruited Sour: "Using the yeast's flavour profile as a guide and inspiration, we transferred the base beer onto the leftover peaches and lees of our previous golden sour – Unicorn Wizard, along with a large addition of passionfruit and mango. The resultant beer represents our most heavily fruited offering to date, and provides a complex, pungent tsunami of tropical flavour." 6%, 375ml bottle, £8.95














BARON BREWING.

Finger Puppet.

Table Beer. The small brother of Sock Puppet. Brewed with Idaho 7, Mosaic, El Dorado, and Chinook. 3%, 500ml can, £3.95










Hot Hands Pale.

Pale Ale: Brewed with Amarillo BBC and Talus hops. This beer kicks out lots of orange/tangerine aroma and has a silky smooth finish. 5.2%, 500ml can, £5.20
