TWO FLINTS x DEYA Late Pick Riwaka 7% DDH Hazy IPA

“Late Pick Riwaka” is a 7% ABV Double Dry Hopped (DDH) Hazy IPA brewed by Two Flints Brewery in collaboration with the highly acclaimed DEYA Brewing Company. This release is part of an ongoing project by Two Flints exploring how different harvest windows affect the final profile of New Zealand hops. The flavour profile centres entirely around the unique, heavy aromatics that develop when the New Zealand Riwaka Hop is left on the vine until the very end of the harvest season. By pulling the hops late, the brewers traded the sharp, bright citrus of an early harvest for a heavier, deeply saturated, and highly aromatic profile. The taste leans into ripe, fleshy mango and sweet, dark citrus notes, moving away from standard sharp lime into a more unctuous, candy-like or curd-like fruit sweetness.
