St. Georgen Bräu Winterbier is a festive German lager brewed seasonally for the Christmas season with a 5.6% ABV. It is described as having a rich, malty, and spicy character with a wonderfully shimmering golden color and a strong taste. It is brewed using Franconian, light, and caramel-colored malts, as well as aromatic hops, and is fermented using a classic two-tank maturation process.
