POLLY'S Spare Space 4.1% pale ale

With greater accessibility to a wider selection of hop merchants, we’ve leveraged ourselves with Spare Space - utilising the Kohia Nelson blend directly from Freestyle Hops in NZ. A meticulously curated blend of Nelson Sauvin and Rakau, along with New Zealand passionfruit, this hop when used as generously on the cold side as we have here, positively bursts with sticky passionfruit and fresh squeezed orange juice notes. Backed up with separate T90 additions of both hops, this amazing pale ale is backed up with a little bit of zingy gooseberry, alongside apricot and an undercurrent of pine to make this pale ale outrageously drinkable.
