With this beer we’re bringing two new hops, Audacia and Meridian to the party – the former described as a “sassy noble” hop, and the latter discovered completely by accident from the same hop farm, Indie Hops in Oregon. Bringing something a little different in the flavour profile, these hops utilised in tandem burst with boysenberry, huckleberry, blackcurrant and pomegranate notes, before a hearty helping of Citra Lupomax brings those bright, punchy citrus notes that are a signature of our beers to finish.
