PASTORE Limone 2.5% sour

At 2.5%, this is our range of ‘small sours’. Limone and friends are beers for hazy summer day drinking, brewed with a light malt bill consisting of pils malt, wheat and oats, the relatively small quantity of grain means less fermentables and hence the ‘small’ ABV. The beer is fermented with our fresh sour mixed culture of Hornindal Kveik and Lactobacillus Plantarum, producing a lovely acidic dry base sour.
