Cherry Wine from the south of Denmark. Frederiksdal is made using Stevnsbær cherries grown on their own estate, it’s created using the finest wine making methods. The product is more like a port or banyuls than a traditional cherry wine as there is no sugar involved. Just Cherry Juice + yeast + barrels.
