3 SONS (USA) Hops United 8% DIPA

We put our heads together and came up with an insane recipe which included quinoa, chit malt, and a heavy dose of oats! As far as the hops go, we added Citra and Amarillo straight in the fermenter at knock out to maximize bio transformation of the hop compounds, and continuously dry hopped for four days straight once terminal with Citra cryo, Amarillo cryo, and Amarillo T90.
